Currently 117 lbs at 5’2 ë. I’ve reached the highest weight of my entire adult life. I was 94 lbs at one point in my life and healthy weight gain was a struggle ë. It’s a constant challenge to maintain but I feel healthier and stronger than I ever have! ë‍ë Below is my updated workout schedule.
